Our mission is to make luxury fashion accessible by helping customers look their best for every special occasion without the high purchase cost. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits and accessories.
- Assist customers during outfit trials and styling sessions.
- Take accurate body measurements.
- Explain rental policies, pricing, security deposits, and booking procedures.
- Manage bookings, billing, and customer records.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, pickups, and returns.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising,



and garment presentation.
- Handle rental inventory with care and ensure garments are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the team to prepare outfits for upcoming bookings.
- Assist in creating basic social media content (photos/videos) whenever required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, boutique, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory). - Basic spoken English (Mandatory).
