Position Description:
The Regional Talent Partner is a technical recruiting role that supports hiring and talent development outcomes across India by combining hands-on recruiting for technical and engineering talent with local execution of talent programs and manager enablement initiatives. This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (approximately 70%),



serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle for technical, skilled, and leadership roles, while the remaining 30% focuses on helping managers attract, develop, and retain talent through onboarding, internal mobility, career development, learning, and talent-related programs. We are looking first and foremost for a recruiter with a strong technical recruiting background who also brings experience beyond recruiting, such as interviewer training, onboarding, internal mobility, career development, manager enablement, or learning programs.

Jaipur or Gurugram, India
Supporting India and partnering closely with global Talent, People Operations, and business leaders across multiple time zones.
