About the Role & Project

Randstad is undertaking the e-one programme, a truly transformational initiative
to implement Workday ERP (Financials & HR) across all our global markets. This
programme is central to our strategy of harmonizing processes and leveraging
data to drive performance.





We are seeking two motivated Financial Systems & Data Analysts to join the core
project team. You will be instrumental in implementing our new global
Performance Data Model (PDM) by aligning the Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM)
with the unique needs of each current market we deploy. In this hands-on role, you
will act as the crucial link between local finance teams and our implementation
partner (Accenture), ensuring a seamless transition across FDM design, data
migration, and reporting adoption.

Key Responsibilities
* Foundation Data Model (FDM) Alignment:
* Collaborate with in-market finance and business stakeholders to understand
and analyze their legacy financial structures (e.g., cost center
hierarchies, local charts of accounts).
* Guide and support markets in mapping their local data to Randstad's global
FDM in Workday, ensuring alignment with core concepts like Cost Centers,
Revenue & Spend
