Role Description
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities,



including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. The role involves evaluating supplier quotations, negotiating prices and terms, maintaining purchase records, and monitoring inventory levels in coordination with stores and production. The Purchase Executive will work closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications for mechanical components and ensure compliance with quality standards. Additional responsibilities include tracking procurement costs, supporting vendor evaluation, and contributing to process improvements in purchase management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.
