The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in implementing and supporting ARCS solutions, a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to lead end-to-end EPM projects while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support. -Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
-Configure and implement Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules. -Design and develop standard and custom reports to meet business reporting requirements. -Integrate ARCS with General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and Oracle EPM consolidation applications. -Provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and best practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. -Conduct user training, prepare functional and technical documentation, and provide post-go-live support. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization. -Travel to client locations as required for project delivery.
