Consumer Banking Group (CBG) enables and empowers the bank through an productive,
agile, and resilient operating model with a strategic focus on productivity,
quality, controls, technology, people capabilities, and innovation. Within CBG,
we manage critical banking processes and leverage data-driven insights to
enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business
decision-making across multiple banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Data Insights

* Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives,
processes, reporting requirements, and data needs.
* Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
for data-driven initiatives.
* Translate business requirements into analytical requirements, data
definitions, reporting specifications, and user stories.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and
opportunities that support business decision-making.
* Develop actionable insights and recommendations through data exploration and
analysis.





Data Management & Analytics

* Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis using SQL,
PySpark, Sparkola, and Excel.
* Analyze large datasets to ensure data quality, completeness, consistency, and
accuracy.
* Support the creation and maintenance of datasets used for business reporting,
dashboards, and analytics.
* Work with data engineering and technology teams to validate data
transformations, business rules, and data lineage.
* Support development and enhancement of reports and dashboards using platforms
such as QlikSense and Superset.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

* Act as a bridge between business users, operations teams, and technology
teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
* Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user acceptance
testing (UAT).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting
standards.
