Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

LP Transfer Administration

* Serve as the primary coordinator for LP transfer requests across Ares-managed
funds.
* Act as the central point of contact for transferring investors, transferees,
fund administrators, legal counsel, tax, fund accounting, and internal
stakeholders.
* Receive, review, and log incoming transfer requests.
* Maintain transfer request trackers and workflow dashboards, ensuring accurate
status reporting and timely follow-up.




* Coordinate the collection and review of required transfer documentation and
supporting materials.
* Source, prepare, and distribute standard transfer documentation and ancillary
forms.
* Monitor transaction progress and proactively manage outstanding action items
to facilitate timely completion.

Transaction Coordination

* Coordinate the end-to-end transfer process from initiation through execution
and recording.
* Liaise with internal and external legal counsel regarding transfer
documentation, comments, and negotiated changes.
* Coordinate AML/KYC onboarding requirements with Compliance and third-party
service providers.
* Facilitate delivery of completed transfer documentation to fund
administrators and other stakeholders for processing and record updates.
* Escalate complex or non-standard transfer requests to appropriate
stakeholders for review and approval.
