Role Description:
Consultant/ Senior Consultant (Mumbai)
Handle project execution/ delivery through research, analysis,



and report preparation while engaging with senior clients and facilitating workshops or training. Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives, leveraging strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural workplace with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely project outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication
Engage with CXOs, senior client personnel, and mid-level executives; facilitate interviews, workshops, focus groups, and training sessions while ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.
2. IT & Digital Banking Strategy Support
Contribute to IT and digital banking roadmaps, transformation programs, supplier selection, and strategy documents; conduct market research, benchmarking, and business case/ROI analysis.
3. Program & Project Management Assistance
