Assess existing database environments and define robust migration strategies tailored to business needs.
Plan and execute migrations across platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, and AWS RDS.
Develop migration runbooks, deployment strategies, and rollback plans to ensure minimal downtime and risk mitigation.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning post-migration to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure seamless migration delivery.
Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience in database migration, administration,



and optimization across multiple database platforms.
Expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using SQL, PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, including migration services/tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a focus on data integrity and performance.
