External Job Description
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receipts, storage, picking, and dispatches• Ensure strict adherence to DC SOPs and Work Instructions• Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards as per the Safety Management System of Asian Paints• Overseeing the implementation of 5S activities in the warehouse and supervising Contract Workmen in terms of adherence to 5S norms• Perform cycle counts and physical stock taking on a periodic basis to ensure inventory integrity• Manage and coordinate CFA employees, transporters, and loaders for smooth day to day operations• Drive cross functional coordination with plant departments and central teams• Handle operational exceptions such as damaged inventory and engineering related breakdowns• Maintain and develop MIS reports as per management requirements for timely and accurate updates• Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on optimization, NVA reduction, and cost efficiencyCompetencies
