Role Overview

The candidate will help build and scale strategic media partnerships, publisher
relationships, and platform opportunities across the Off-Platform Marketing
function. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and
unlocking creative media solutions that can drive awareness, consideration,
engagement, viewership, subscriptions, and business impact across multiple
content and business categories.

The role sits at the intersection of media strategy, partnerships, performance
marketing, and business development. The candidate will proactively bring new
opportunities to the organization, collaborate closely with category marketing
teams to assess applicability, and support execution where required. Success in
the role will be measured by the ability to create scalable media advantages and
unlock repeatable growth opportunities across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

* Identify, evaluate, and unlock strategic media partnerships, publisher
opportunities,



audience solutions, platform innovations, and commercial
constructs that can drive business impact across multiple categories and
marketing objectives.

* Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders including
publishers, ad-tech partners, platforms, creators, agencies, OEMs, commerce
partners, and emerging media ecosystems.

* Act as the central point of discovery for new media opportunities;
proactively assess applicability across Hindi, English, South, Sports, Brand,
and other business priorities.

* Collaborate closely with category digital marketing leads to adapt
opportunities into actionable campaign solutions that support awareness,
consideration, engagement, performance, retention, or viewership goals.

* Drive negotiations and commercial evaluations to maximize media value,
efficiency, innovation, and incremental business outcomes.
