SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Purpose of Role
To perform RTR related activities which consist of Fixed Asset, GL Reconciliation, Inventory valuation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Export Incentive, Bank Reconciliation, month end accrual & provision, audit & liasoning. Ensure monthly closing activities to be completed as per defined month end timelines. Bring efficiency and automation in processes through Kiazen, Six Sigma to make process leaner and which enable bandwidth creation. Manage Transition for respective processes.

Total Experience in Yrs. (Minimum required)
5+ years experience in RTR

Qualification
A Graduate qualification in Finance is mandatory/ post gratuate/ MBA Finance/ Inter CA desirable

Specific or Additional Certifications (if Any) required
Atleast 3-4 on-shore/off-shore transition experience, Advance Excel/ SAP-FICO Module, Undestanding of COPA

Technical Skills Requirement
Solid technical knowledge of Finance and Accounts (preferably in manufacturing industry). Commercial acumen of leading control design and validation of the process. Efficient Problem Solving Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Should have technical knowledge of respective Accounting Standard (GAAP), Audit management and Finance Analytical skill. SAP Knowledge is must.

Behavioral Skills Requirement
Multi-cultural understanding, strong work ethic, attention to details, able to resolve day to day issues.
