Networks Operations – Governance Analyst

Networks Governance Analyst is expected to work with Core Networks Operations,
Design and Build Team & maintain their SLA reporting, identify the improvement
areas and start working on the enhancements and publish their reports,
dashboards, Focus areas, status in agreed timelines to Senior Management and
other Stakeholders. Governance Analyst is completely responsible for driving
the enhancements end to end right from identification, planning , building
,execution, monitoring and successful completion of such activities.





Governance Analyst must closely work with Networks Operations Team, Design and
Build team understand their day to day activities identify the room for
improvements, Automation, Simplification and Optimization with no compromise to
quality and the objective must always be increased quality, efficiency and user
friendly.

Network Governance Analyst must understand the Business well, this is key for
executing & delivering the outcome thereby meeting the expected objectives

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

* Business Knowledge : Must have a positive Business & Organizational Knowledge.
This is key to identify new opportunities for enhancements and executing them
to achieve the objective

* Good understandings on Networking , Security Technologies and ITSM Processes

* Good understanding on the Networking Devices (Switches, Access Points,
Routers, Modules, accessories etc and SD WAN Concept)
