Soft Services Manager

Location: Sanand, Gujarat, India

POSITION SUMMARY

The Soft Services Manager will lead workplace and facility support operations to
ensure a safe, compliant, productive, and employee-focused environment aligned
with Micron standards. The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste
management, landscaping, and vendor performance while driving operational
excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and
workplace hygiene services.
* Oversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and
employee amenities.
* Closely work with security team - operations, access control, emergency
preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives.




* Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs.
* Manage soft service vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews.
* Support facility planning, workplace upgrades, layout changes, and
infrastructure projects.
* Applying artificial intelligence to review project costs, vendor proposals,
and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Micron safety, environmental, and
operational standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and
enhanced employee experience.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across
the site.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering,
Business Administration, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Hospitality,
