auditing, supplier and vendor quality, investigation, failure, and product
complaints. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to developing and
evaluating quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance
with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements, conducting
internal production/process and manufacturing quality control audits and risk
assessments, ensuring suppliers and vendors supply goods and services meet the
agreed-upon requirements with minimum inspection or modification, investigating
issues with product quality ranging from production errors, incomplete records
and poor documentation, determining the cause of failure for systems, integrated
circuits, components and sub-components, and developing and updating company
complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation of
complaints.
