Job Description
- Supervision of the project MEP, DG, Substation, Electrical & Mechnical Mall/retail maintenance Execution and fitouts work of the departmental Technician / Contractor staff/ labor regarding the installation of the MEP System at site.
- Analyze Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
- Monitoring project activity cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is available at the project site.
- Review drawings for compliance with the design.
- Undertake general project site observation/inspection work of the Electrical/ mechanical services of the Contractors.
- Ensure testing, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and other testing that may be required.
- Attend project, site progress,
and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the MEP/ Head project manager.
Desired Profile :
- Engineering Graduate - Electrical/ Mechanical/ HVAC.
- Gurgaon residential would be preferred.
- Should have leadership qualities to mange the big team of Electrical / Mech Engineers.
- Should be a highly self-motivated, ambitious and result oriented individual
- A person with a high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving
- High energy and action oriented with skilled presence
- Knowledge of high rising building systems, energy technologies, green building and high-performance design
- Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred)
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, performance contracting, building management system
