SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant
with strong expertise in
Production Planning (PP)
,
Quality Management (QM)
,
Variant Configuration (VC/AVC)
, and working knowledge of
Plant Maintenance (PM)
. The consultant will support both
SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements.

The ideal candidate should possess solid manufacturing domain knowledge and be capable of collaborating with business users to deliver scalable SAP solutions across discrete and process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Configure and support SAP PP, QM, Variant Configuration, and PM modules.
- Participate in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and AMS support projects.
- Design end-to-end manufacturing solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Support business process improvements and continuous optimization initiatives.




- Configure production planning, production execution, quality management, and configurable product processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams involving MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, FICO, and MES systems.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Support production incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management in AMS engagements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP solution governance.
