Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for SAP positions (ABAP, HANA, FICO, SD, MM, etc.).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Clients/ hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft job postings and update them on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
- Support onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong interest in HR recruitment and SAP technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP modules or certifications (added advantage).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
