ITpreneur is hiring passionate and target-driven candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE).

Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune

Experience: Freshers to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students and provide counselling for IT courses.

Guide students through the admission and enrolment process.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Maintain lead and student records in CRM/Excel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid sales and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented mindset.





Basic knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities.

Compensation:

Freshers: Up to ₹2 LPA.

Experienced Candidates: Salary as per experience with a hike on the last drawn CTC.

Performance-based incentives.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Experience in Admissions, Counselling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
