Client Success Partner
for a leading Digital Marketing Agency.

Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience:
4–7 Years

CTC:
₹6–8 LPA

Notice Period:
Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Looking for candidates with:
- Digital Marketing Agency background (Preferred)
- Client Servicing / Account Management experience
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Robust stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Client review meetings and presentation experience
- Cross-functional coordination with Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams
- Experience in handling client escalations and ensuring timely project delivery
- Exposure to account growth, client retention, upselling, or cross-selling is an added advantage
