We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our company's LinkedIn presence and help establish our brand as a leading name in the US Staffing industry.

This is a results-driven role for someone who understands LinkedIn branding, organic growth, content strategy, and audience engagement. Whether you work independently or with a dedicated team, you should be able to demonstrate measurable growth and execute a well-planned strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn growth strategy.

Create a monthly content calendar aligned with our business goals.

Design, write, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, videos, and other content.

Increase company page followers through organic and ethical growth strategies.

Improve brand visibility, engagement, and overall page reach.

Build our employer brand within the US Staffing and recruitment industry.

Engage with industry professionals, potential clients, and candidates to increase visibility.

Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas.





Track analytics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

Work closely with our internal team to understand our services and translate them into high-quality content.

What We Expect

Proven experience growing LinkedIn Company Pages with measurable results.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content strategy, and best practices.

Experience in the US Staffing, Recruitment, HR, or B2B services industry is highly preferred.

Ability to create compelling written and visual content.

Solid communication and project management skills.

Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with our team.
