About the Role

Lokdhara Welfare Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised School Program Coordinator to plan and execute educational and extracurricular activities in government and private schools. The role involves coordinating with school authorities, organising competitions, and ensuring the successful implementation of every event.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools and coordinate with Principals, Headmasters, and school authorities.
- Plan and organise activities such as Drawing, Essay Writing, Handwriting, Elocution, Quiz, Sports, and other educational competitions.
- Coordinate event schedules with schools.
- Ensure smooth execution of all programmes.
- Manage participant registration, certificates, medals, trophies, and prize distribution.
- Represent Lokdhara Welfare Trust professionally during school visits.
- Maintain event records, photographs, attendance, and reports.
- Build positive relationships with schools for future collaborations.

Requirements




- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Confident in interacting with school authorities.
- Valuable organisational and event management skills.
- Willingness to travel to schools.
- Passion for education and community development.
- Prior experience in education, event coordination, or NGO work will be an advantage.

Compensation

Performance-based honorarium.

Attractive remuneration will be paid for every successfully coordinated school programme.
