Role mission

The Data Partnerships Manager builds a scalable network of real‑world environments—factories, warehouses, retail stores, hospitality sites, offices and residential spaces—that can be used for Physical AI data collection. This role turns external venues into production‑ready sites by identifying partners, negotiating access and coordinating operational readiness. A successful candidate combines partnership development, negotiation and operational deployment skills.

Key responsibilities
- Partnership strategy development — develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with company objectives and accelerates growth through recent environments and collaborations.
- Partner identification & acquisition — identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with site owners, facility operators, industrial parks, commercial groups and universities.




- Relationship management — build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with site partners and act as the primary point of contact.
- Revenue & capacity growth — drive revenue through partnership‑led initiatives (e.g., site rentals, joint programs) and secure sufficient site capacity for current and upcoming data‑collection programs.
- Cross‑functional collaboration — work closely with program managers, hardware operations, sales and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and site readiness.
- Contract negotiation — negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms on deliverables, confidentiality, revenue sharing and operational requirements.
