We are looking for a results-driven Online Business Development Executive with experience in generating leads through online platforms and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to identify recent business opportunities in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other B2B channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold messaging.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings,



and sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in online business development or IT sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar lead generation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling IT services such as AI Solutions, Web Development, Mobile App Development, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Cloud Services, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience working with US, clients.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology services.
