Role & responsibilities

MAM-to-MDM Intune Migration Knowledge, from MAM (Mobile Application Management) to full MDM enrollment via Microsoft Intune.

Understanding of MAM (app-level protection) vs. MDM (full device management) and the difference in control/visibility each provides
Experience enrolling devices into Intune MDM from an unmanaged or MAM-only state
Knowledge of how Conditional Access shifts from app-protection-based signals to device-compliance-based signals post-enrollment
Familiarity with troubleshooting enrollment issues (Company Portal registration failures, duplicate device records, compliance sync delays)

Primary Skill Set

HP print environment Web Jetadmin, HP UPD drivers, print server config
Xerox print workplace CentreWare Web, Xerox Workplace Suite, Global Print Driver
Network/connectivity for printers — IP/VLAN placement, port 9100/IPP/LPR,

Secure print setup — badge/PIN authentication, IPPS/HTTPS/TLS certificates
SNMP configuration & hardening (v3 preferred)
Follow-me/pull printing tools (PaperCut, Ringdale, or similar)
Print accounting/cost-center code migration
Scan-to-email / scan-to-folder reconfiguration (SMTP, folder permissions)
Firmware management & baseline standardization
Driver deployment via GPO / Intune / SCCM
Universal Print (Microsoft cloud print) compatibility
Troubleshooting — spooler, driver conflicts, connectivity failures
Vendor & stakeholder coordination (OEM, network, facilities teams)
Nice to have: Microsoft Intune MAM/MDM knowledge
