We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused executives to conduct post-dining Net Promoter Score (NPS) calls to customers of DT.
- Make outbound NPS calls to customers who have recently visited DT restaurants.
- Collect customer feedback on food quality, service, ambience, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
- Capture accurate NPS scores and customer comments in the CRM system.
- Identify dissatisfied customers (Detractors) and document the root cause.
- Escalate complaints to the Customer Experience team for resolution.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation of every customer interaction.
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Hospitality is preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.




- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil.
