Role Description
The Quality Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Quality Executive will monitor and evaluate service delivery and internal processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, reviewing documentation, identifying process gaps,



and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves working closely with consulting and recruitment teams to implement quality control measures, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Executive will also prepare reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and help maintain compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
