Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist (Performance-Based) at IDMS | Lead Generation Agency. The specialist will identify and qualify potential clients, manage outreach campaigns across digital channels, and present IDMS lead generation solutions to prospective customers.



Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, following up on inbound and outbound leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, refine offers, and support system implementation for new clients. The specialist will work toward performance targets related to lead conversion, client acquisition, and revenue, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
