Job Summary:
- We are looking for a technically solid Field Application Engineer to support pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and on-site support to customers
- The role bridges the gap between engineering teams and clients to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers before and after product deployment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Assist sales teams in technical discussions and solution positioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with R&D; and product teams for feedback and improvements.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of products/systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Travel to client locations for on-site support and project implementation.
- Stay updated with product developments and industry trends.
