Your Role at a Glance:

As the Deputy Housekeeper, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring immaculate guest rooms, pristine public spaces, and the preservation of our historic architecture artifacts, and antiquity, showcasing aesthetics that define our brand. You will work collaboratively along with the Executive Housekeeper across various departments to address the unique complexities of maintaining the heritage charms, while implementing up-to-date cleaning practices tailored to the luxury hotel environment. What Youll Do:
- Support the Housekeeping Management team in training and mentoring housekeeping and allied section teams to consistently deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, landscaped spaces, and event venues are impeccably maintained, reflecting the luxury ethos.
- Uphold the historic character of the property by balancing architectural integrity with modern comfort, hygiene, and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Facilities teams to address maintenance concerns and ensure seamless upkeep of infrastructure
- Develop and implement contemporary cleaning protocols, incorporating sustainability and environmentally responsible practices
