This role offers a monthly professional fee between INR 60,000 - 69,000 (Indian Rupees) plus company equipment and provides a permanent WORK-FROM-HOME set-up.

JOB DESCRIPTION




- To ensure the effective delivery and management of IT solutions across the company's environment
- Responsible for providing technical support and analysis, managing infrastructure including network, end-user computers, servers, storage, troubleshooting, reporting, and implementing technical solutions as required.
- To manage new hire access including but not limited to email ID creation, onboarding software, generating login credentials, and VPN setup.
- Active Directory management, user permissions and SharePoint access
- Outlook 365 management with security policy implementation
- Responsible for monitoring monthly system health checks, server load review, and ensuring data backup on the SQL server.
- Responsible for testing new applications and configurations, deploying changes across all environments, and providing guidance on service management system capabilities
