Role Description
The Human Resources Manager (Recruitment & Generalist) will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles.



This position will oversee core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management support, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance with local labor regulations. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and contribute to HR process improvement and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India.
