Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related discipline.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Take-offs, Construction Estimation, or Quantity Surveying for US commercial construction projects.
- Robust expertise in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar digital estimating software.
- Proven ability to review architectural, structural, and construction drawings for material quantity estimation.
- Experience interpreting project specifications, bid documents, addenda, and construction documentation.
- Hands-on experience preparing quantity take-offs, material summaries, proposal-ready reports, and estimating documentation.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, metal deck, insulation systems, or related commercial construction disciplines.
