Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 10 years of experience in vehicle sales,
including Personal Vehicles (PV), Electric Vehicles (EV), or Commercial Vehicles (CV).
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for building customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, variants, and offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Guide customers through finance, insurance, exchange, and accessory options.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
