Job Title: Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Department: Project Management

Location: Mumbai (or as applicable)

Reporting To: Head – Projects / Business Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and PMP-certified Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience in infrastructure, mobility, EV, engineering, or operations projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Track project progress and ensure timely achievement of deliverables.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor project budgets, costs,



and resource utilization.

Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management.

Ensure compliance with project governance, quality, and safety standards.

Manage project documentation, change requests, and issue logs.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Mentor project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is mandatory.

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) will be an added advantage.

Experience

8–12 years of project management experience.

Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Experience in EV, mobility, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or operations is preferred.
