Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Meet prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and professionally present residential, commercial, luxury, and investment properties.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate the complete sales process from enquiry to closing.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert digital leads into site visits and sales.
- Stay updated on the Faridabad real estate market, property trends, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional sales experience. Freshers are strictly not eligible.
- Prior experience in real estate sales will be highly preferred.




- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Professional personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and email.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with a proven sales track record and strong local market knowledge will be given preference.
