Job Title: Associate

Department: Customer Support

Preference: Male candidates only apply

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for solving queries in regard to services or products provided by company and collect desired information
from clients and maintain healthy relationships.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
•Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

•Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. •Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis •Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.




• Complete daily call targets in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer data in CRM.
•Lead conversion.
• To write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

Job Requirement: -
•Work in BPO / Call Center setting
• Rotational shifts & Weekly off
• Age Bracket (18-35 Years)

Minimum Qualifications : Graduation / 12th pass
Experience : 0-5 Years

Technical Skills
• Computer Knowledge & Operating skills
•Typing Speed should be good min 20 WPM
• Behavioral Skills

• Language Skills
