About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Coordinator to support the Principal and Pre-Primary Head in ensuring the smooth academic and operational functioning of the Pre-Primary section (Nursery, LKG & UKG). The ideal candidate will coordinate curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, monitor classroom quality, and foster a nurturing learning workplace for young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day academic activities of the Pre-Primary section.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Early Years curriculum through play-based and experiential learning.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child-centred teaching practices.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor children's learning, development, and assessment records.
- Ensure classrooms are safe, engaging, and well-equipped for learning.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, field trips,



and parent engagement programmes.
- Support the admission process, parent orientation, and counselling for prospective families.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare academic reports, documentation, and records as required by the Principal.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in a Pre-Primary or Early Years educational setting.
- Previous experience as a Coordinator or Senior Teacher is an added advantage.
