Role & responsibilities
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building and deploying scalable enterprise-grade web applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Experience leading Agile development teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel,OpenAI Agents, or similar platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of AI observability, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI security.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and APIs.
- Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent workflow automation.
