Title: Factory HR

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Factory HR qualified to manage the day-to-day human resources operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce management, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, statutory compliance, and supporting factory operations to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Candidates with experience in Interiors, Signage, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, Construction Materials, or Industrial Production are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Coordinate hiring of shop floor employees, machine operators, fabricators, welders, carpenters, painters, installers, helpers, and support staff.
- Maintain manpower planning in coordination with factory managers and production teams.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and absenteeism.




- Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and overtime records are maintained.
- Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements applicable to factory operations.
- Maintain employee documentation, HR records, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate induction programs, safety training, and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with contractors and manpower agencies for contract workforce requirements.
- Work closely with production, stores, procurement, and administration teams to ensure smooth workforce operations.
- Assist during internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
