Role & Responsibilities :

Manage, Observd and contriol the centrailzed Utility Operation.

Operation and Maintenance of water Treatment Plant (RO,UF,DM, Softener Plant) & waste water treatment (ETP & STP) plants, Air Compressor, Dryers, cooling towers, Propane Gas distribution, HVAC system, DG Set, AHUs & Chiller system.

Uninterrupted supply RO water, fresh water, drinking water, gas, as per the requirement of various department.

Ensure the compliance of law and its norm specifically ISO standard and GPCB norm

Coordination with government agencies for supply state Utilities to plant, Canal water & PNG. Liaison with Statutory Authorities GPCB, GIDC & GEB for monthly, Yearly compliance online and offline.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Air compressor, Dryer maintenance
- Knowledge of WTP, ETP & STP Maintenance
- Knowledge of Cooling Tower maintenance
- Knowledge of Chiller, AHU & FCU
- Knowledge of spare management




- Knowledge of Audit Documents
- Knowledge of Machinery/Equipment
- Knowledge of Material handling
- Knowledge of latest Predictive maintenance, break down maintenance, preventive maintenance
- Latest technology of spare management
- Latest mechanical and electrical machines, tools and technology
- GPCB and ISO standard and requirement
