Pre-Sales Executive
to help expand our client network. This role is
not a traditional sales position
. Instead, it focuses on building long-term professional relationships, understanding client hiring needs, generating qualified opportunities, and serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

Position Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams, IT leaders,



and vendor managers across the United States. The primary objective is to build trust, understand workforce needs, and create opportunities for the RAIS delivery team.

Success in this role is measured by the quality of client relationships, meetings scheduled, and qualified staffing opportunities generated—not by aggressive sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and IT decision-makers.

* Introduce RAIS USA's staffing capabilities through qualified outreach and meaningful conversations.

* Understand clients' hiring challenges and workforce needs.

* Schedule discovery meetings between prospective clients and the RAIS leadership team.

* Conduct market research to identify organizations with current or upcoming hiring needs.

* Engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking while maintaini
