The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with property owners and buyers, and ensuring smooth execution of residential resale transactions. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the Residential Resale business within the assigned cluster.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property listings and successful closures.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Mumbai residential resale market.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals.




- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to maintain high productivity and customer engagement.
- Ensure strong pipeline management and effective lead conversions.

3. Market Development
- Build robust relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead generation and brand visibility.

4. Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the property resale process.
