Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Python Developer who is proficient in building scalable applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with modern frameworks, and a proactive approach towards product development.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and integrations.

* Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

* Work on RESTful API development and integration with internal/external systems.

* Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver highquality features.

* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

* Implement data-handling logic, automation scripts, and backend workflows.

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.





* Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.

* Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask (preferred).

* Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web application development. * Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

* Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD processes.

* Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.

* Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.

* Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
