About the Role

We are looking for a agile and performance-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer engagement, content strategy, and campaign optimization within a fintech, investment, NBFC, or startup ecosystem.

This role requires someone who can combine creativity with analytical thinking to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and brand growth objectives
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives through creative marketing campaigns
- Plan and manage CRM activities including email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, and user lifecycle communication
- Create, manage, and execute content across social media, website, app, and marketing communications
- Lead social media growth and strengthen the company’s digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Build and maintain a premium brand identity aligned with affluent and aspirational audiences
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Sales, Design, and Operations for marketing and branding initiatives
- Analyze campaign and content performance and implement improvements to enhance audience engagement and reach
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor
