We are looking for a customer-focused Digital Adoption Consultant to help global customers maximize the adoption of enterprise applications through the Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working directly with customers to deliver successful software adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global customers to understand their business processes, enterprise applications, and user personas.
- Identify training requirements and recommend digital adoption strategies to improve user engagement.
- Design, configure, and implement digital adoption solutions using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
- Manage multiple customer projects and engagements while ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Review, analyze, and optimize digital adoption solutions to improve product usage and customer outcomes.




- Follow project standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills
- 2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Customer Success
- Instructional Design
- Technical Writing
- Account Management
- Software Development
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand enterprise applications, customer workflows, and business processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
