Role & responsibilities
- Processing & assessing of claims documents related to payment of pension fund, disability policies and medical bills
- Processing & meeting the daily targets of - Productivity, Quality, TAT & Utilization as per SLA
- Query Resolution
- Processing and meeting the daily targets as per SLA along with maintaining high quality standards
- Basic computer skills are a requisite (MS Office)
- Knowledge about Insurance would be an added advantage

Qualifications
- Education - Graduate
- Computer Skills - Basic, Typing 25 WPM
- Skilled Certification - German B2.2 C1
- Experience - Fresher or experience in Insurance Life Insurance preferable
