Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Founder’s Office Associate who will work closely with the founder across multiple business functions. This role is designed for a highly driven generalist who thrives in an unstructured startup environment and is eager to take ownership across domains including marketing, operations, procurement and strategy. You will act as an execution partner to the founder, helping translate ideas into action and ensuring progress across key business priorities - starting from getting the office painting job done to strategising investor pitches.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of high-priority projects across marketing, operations, and product
- Work directly with the founder on strategic and day-to-day initiatives




- Coordinate with external stakeholders including manufacturers, vendors, agencies, and freelancers
- Support D2C growth efforts across platforms such as Shopify, marketplaces, and performance marketing channels
- Track key business metrics (sales, CAC, ROAS, inventory, etc.) and prepare reports
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies
- Identify bottlenecks in execution and proactively solve problems

Candidate Profile
- Awareness of a startup, D2C brand, consulting, or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity
- High adaptability and willingness to work across functions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Robust interest in building and scaling consumer brands

Good to Have
- Exposure to the Indian D2C ecosystem
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon seller ecosystem, or Meta Ads
- Prior experience working
