Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, from proposal development to final client presentations.
- Design research methodologies, discussion guides, questionnaires, and research frameworks aligned to business objectives.
- Conduct and oversee interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and journey mapping.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into compelling, executive-ready stories and strategic recommendations.
- Translate research outcomes into actionable business insights using robust storytelling and visualization techniques.
- Advise clients on appropriate research strategies and act as a trusted strategic partner.
