Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible
Freelance Journey Mentors
to lead and manage 2–4 day domestic school journeys across India. You will be the face of EdTerra on-ground—ensuring smooth operations, student safety, and an enriching experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
? Group Leadership & Management
- Lead a group of ~40 students and teachers on domestic tours.
- Represent EdTerra on-ground and ensure a smooth journey experience.

? Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal operations team and school staff before and during the journey.




- Maintain proactive communication for updates, emergencies, and daily progress.

? Journey Execution
- Manage all logistics including travel, accommodation, meals, and activities.
- Follow the itinerary and ensure vendors deliver quality and timely services.

?️ Safety, Welfare & Discipline
- Ensure safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Handle medical, behavioral, or emergency situations responsibly.
- Foster a respectful, positive, and engaging journey atmosphere.

? Post-Trip Reporting
- Submit journey reports, student feedback, and incident documentation as per company protocols.

Candidate Profile

Eligibility
- Prior experience in group travel, teaching, youth mentoring, hospitality, or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and able to make on-ground decisions independently.
